The challenge with generating highly pure Nitrogen ( > 99.5%) is the sheer volume of (valuable) compressed air needed to get to purities beyond 99.5%.

Mikropor's solution to this problem is our unique Deoxo Nitrogen purification system.

The Deoxo unit takes 99.5% pure Nitrogen (e.g. from one of our MNG Nitrogen Generators) and continues the purification process, taking the Nitrogen up to 99.999% purity.

Using a combination of our MNG Nitrogen Generators & our Deoxo unit costs significantly less than a stand-alone MNG generator (rated at 99.999%) by itself to get to purities above 99.5% and will conserve much more compressed air giving even more ongoing savings.
